• Leadership and Team Management: Recruited, trained, and led a team of IT professionals to design and implement critical infrastructure components. This included establishing Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity, developing Local Area Network (LAN) cabling structures, and deploying a comprehensive Data Center.
